Offering a range of services including domain registration, website design if required and hosting, ideally aimed at the SME (Small Medium Enterprise) or individual, we are able to advise on the best range of products and services available.
If you are a small business, club, association or individual, then our services may be just what you need. For the PC literate we will also provide advice and support in order that you can maintain your site independantly.
An outline of typical services and costs are: -
1. Domain Name Registration. Price ranges from just 3.99 per year to around £10 per year depending upon the domain type. (.co.uk or .com)
2. Website hosting through our dedicated services, costs from just £5 per month through to our professional hosting packages at £15 per month including numerous Professional scripts.
3. Basic Website design package - Agree designs, complete 6 - 8 page layout with menus, graphics and content (from customer). Include domain email addresses where required (name@yourdomain.com) plus the integration of contact forms to ensure your customers can reach you for further details or quotes. Providing support, and advise on all aspects including ongoing updates, advertising, search engine submission. The cost of this is approximately £250.
4. E-Commerce Package. If your needs extend to requiring an E-Commerce package, we will design, install, configure, test and set up the necessary components for you, install a selection of initial products, demonstrate how to use this package and provide free support during the first three months of use.
The cost for this design, configuration and installation service is between £250 and £750 depending upon requirements (in addition to domain registration and hosting costs if included.)
5. Advanced E-Commerce Package. If your requirements stretch to an advanced e-commerce package, the costs for this will extend past that of our standard package. We will be happy to provide costings against your requirements and specifications, so please contact us.
6. Fixed Price or Maintenance Contracts. We are happy to provide fixed quotations for individual pieces of work but for standard maintenance and ad-hoc amendments we provide an hourly based service at just £25 per hour. We will also confirm in advance how long a specific requirement will be expected to take. If it takes longer we do not charge extra!
7. Content Management Systems. Design and installation and configuration of typical Content Management Systems and Blogging platforms such as Drupal, Joomla and Wordpress including setting up the secure MySQL Database and installation of required components and modules. Cost approximately £150 to £250. In addition we offer theme design solutions to help you have that unique look!

8. Search Engine Optimisation. Also known as SEO, this is a process that helps people find your website when they search the web using a Search Engine such as Google. To be noticed, you really need to appear on pages 1 or 2 of the Google search results. To achieve this involves studying your market, your website and the websites of your competitors.
On-page Optimisation includes: analysis and selection of keywords to describe your site; use, placement and density of keywords in title tag; metatags, body text, alt tags and use of text embellishment and headers.
Off-page Optimisation includes: inbound link analysis, choice of link anchor text and establishment of good quality reciprocal links. Good old-fashioned marketing techniques are very important eg writing editorial that contains links back to your website.
Popular misconceptions - The most popular misconception we come across is that all you need do is add some keywords to this field and Google will pop you onto its front page. Nice idea, but this doesn't work; there are many thousands and maybe millions of web pages with similar content to yours. Automated Search Engine Submission and/or Link Farms don't work either.
